All orders are processed within 3 business days, Monday - Friday. Your order will be shipped once processed. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, there may still be delays in packages. We ask for your understanding and patience during this time.

Please make sure all your information is correct before confirming your order.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is shipped and is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address given or incomplete information, once the item is received back to us we will email you, the customer. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to reship the order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost of stolen items once declared " Delivered" by the delivery service. In a rare case that an item is lost or stolen once its declared as delivered, a claim will need to be filed with the delivering carrier. We do have shipping options with signature requirement available to choose at check out if needed.
RETURNS
Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept any type of returns or exchanges unless you received your product damaged. You have 30 days from purchase date to return your item and a refund will be issued 2 days after we receive your item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
